I was sad to find out one of the items I ordered was no longer available because the line I wanted was being discontinued but... the wonderful person that contacted me was willing to research all the available products for my set and placed a huge order for me. I am very grateful to this company for working so hard to get the products I ordered. In the middle of putting my daughter's nursery together the product line was discontinued. I had to piece it together from several on-line sources. Many times I put an order through just to get an e-mail days or sometimes weeks later telling me that the company could not get the items I needed. Jill at Wren and Divine went above and beyond to track down the items I needed to finish the nursery down to the last detail. It looks wonderful and I owe it all to Wren and Divine!

I recently purchased the most amazing glider for my nursery from wrenanddivine.com. Prior to purchasing I had a few questions about the various product options. Through several email correspondences the sales assistant, Jill, was very helpful and patient as she answered all of my questions. When it came time to purchase Jill went above and beyond by honoring the sale promotion that had been going on at the time of my original product inquiries, despite the face the sale had since ended! The glider I ordered recently arrived and I could not be happier with it. I went everywhere looking for a unique combination of furniture that I could mix and match from several different lines and my last stop was WREN & DIVINE. I was so thankful to walk into your store because I found two lines that worked for me and my budget that mixed and matched perfectly. I also found some great bedding that was very reasonably priced and the exact bugaboo stroller that I was looking for. I wanted to write all of you to thank you for making my recent purchase so easy and hassle free.
Last month I purchased from you a Stanley Young America full-size bed for my 3-year-old son. Your staff was extremely helpful and provided me with wood samples to ensure the bed matched my existing dresser in his room. They gave me a detailed cost estimate including delivery costs and taxes. They were very friendly and did an outstanding job answering all my many questions.
The delivery aspect of the process was exceptional. I was surprised to learn that not only was the delivery fee very reasonable ($75 versus $400 that another leading kid’s store would charge for the same item) but the service was incredible too. The deliverymen were on time and friendly.
Thank you Wren and Divine staff for making the whole buying experience for me easy and convenient. I was so pleased with the service and quality of the bed I recently just ordered the matching dresser and end tables. I will definitely be a repeat customer!!
